To Øl started as a home brewing project in 2005, and have slowly grown through brewing nomadically, using surplus capacity other breweries rather than investing in their own kit. In 2019, they finally invested in a permanent brewery - dubbed To Ol City - for the next stage in their journey. To Øl Implosion is a low alcohol beer with a complex flavour, fruity aroma and crucially, very low alcohol content. At 0.3% ABV, alcohol is processed by the body at a faster rate than it’s consumed and is safe for drivers or people avoiding the effects of alcohol.
