Finger Puppet is a crisp and easy table beer (or low % pale ale). Mosaic, El Dorado, Chinook and Idaho 7 all added as cold-side hops, resulting in a fragrant and fresh day beer. Flaked wheat and oats joined the mash at 10% of the volume, mashing warmer to enhance the mouthfeel.
